Hot Salami Pizza

Enough sauce for 4 individual pizzas.

For 1 personal pizza

Method

  1. Tip sugo in pan, add oregano, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes until sauce thickens.
  2. Set aside to cool.
  3. Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat the oven and stone to 250oC fan forced.
  4. Place dough onto the very hot pizza stone.
  5. Spoon over about 2 tbs of pizza sauce then sprinkle with parsley and mozzarella.
  6. Top with salami and cherry tomatoes.
  7. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until base is golden and crisp.
  8. Tear the buffalo mozzarella and scatter over the pizza.
  9. Top with mint leaves and serve.
